Austyn is such a hard working and knowledgeable technician! He has a keen eye for entry points, understands mice behaviour and took the time to teach me about how to prevent further mice activity. He works diligently and explains the reason behind every intervention, I felt like he took his time while also sharing his expertise regarding long term rodent prevention. I highly recommend Austyn for all of your pest control needs!

AJ was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He knew right away that we had carpenter ants in our front wooden stairs (we thought it may be termites). He did a very thorough inspection all around our house but thankfully couldn’t find signs of ants anywhere else, so he recommended a preventative spray which was reasonably priced AND he could do it right away! I feel very protected now and so relieved the ant pesticide isn’t harmful to animals or kids. I will highly recommend AJ and Westside Pest Control to all of my friends and neighbours!

Our technician Aj has been fantastic, we are very impressed with westside pest control and AJ.We spent the entire long weekend trying to keep mice out of our crawl space. Within 10 minutes AJ found the actual source of the problem, sealed up the holes and determined a plan going forward.Thank you so much, we can sleep again!

Appointments are readily available and a thorough inspection took place in all areas of my home. I appreciated the kindness shown and the explanation of services provided. AJ was so knowledgeable and helpful. And a very hard worker. A pleasure to deal with and left the place spotless when he left. He showed me what he had done to get rid of carpenter ants with out any damage to the siding that he had to remove. Very pleased with his service.
